SUMMARY:Local 342 Sisters Fundraising for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer
DESCRIPTION:Some call them the Golden Girls\, the Fab Four or the Pink Ladies. We call them Sisters and fundraising all-stars Jeannie\, Mary\, Cathy and Shirley!  \nNearly every Saturday since the start of this summer\, your dedicated sisters have set up their fundraising table in the front of a different union supermarket on Long Island because these ladies are on a mission to raise more funds than ever toward the Annual Local 342 Fundraiser for the American Cancer Society and Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.  \nThe Pink Ladies will be at different local supermarkets on Saturdays from 10am-2pm all the way through the official Making Strides Walk on October 15\, 2017 when Local 342 will all meet up to walk together!  \nIf you are nearby or have spare time on your break this Saturday\, stop by and say hi and consider a donation!  Mary\, Cathy\, Jeannie and Shirley would love the support of their fellow union members. And it’s ALL for an important cause.  \nSince becoming a Sponsor in 2013\, Local 342 has donated over $200\,000 to the American Cancer Society for Making Strides. We are a proud site sponsor for the Making Strides Walks at Jones Beach\, LI and Midland Beach\, SI this year\, as we have been since 2013.
