NY Safety guidelines released by the office of Governor Cuomo

NY Safety guidelines released by the office of Governor Andrew Cuomo, require employers to provide not only safety equipment (face coverings, plexiglass barriers) etc., it also requires companies to have a safety plan in place which supports these requirements. These requirements are put in place to protect both the employees and the general public. These documents require employers to acknowledge the requirements and return back to the state. If your employer is NOT following recommended safety guidelines, please contact your Union rep.
